The bad economic times have brought a dramatic increase in both my bankruptcy and my DWI work. These both seem to rise and fall on the same tide. This page previously had a little blurb about how easy I was to get a hold of. That was true a couple of years ago. Since our country's economic fortunes have changed, however, my phone has been ringing like never before. For about thirty-two years I was usually able to return all my calls by the end of the day. Now I am no longer always able to do so. What I tell people now is that they should call me and leave a message. But if you don't hear back from me within a day, keep trying to call. I want to talk with you and listen to the facts of your case, but things have become so hectic that you may need to remind me.
Email is also a good way to contact me; but these days I might not always check it twice a day like I used to. Some days I may not be able to check it at all. I do my email on my laptop, but I don't bring my laptop to the courthouse. If 48 hours goes by and I have not responded to your email, pick up that old fashioned telephone and try for me on that.
