GENERAL:
Hello, I'm David Kelly. Most people call me Dave. I've been practicing law a long time, almost 34 years. It's work I find satisfying because I can genuinely help people. I care about my clients and treat them with respect. I've been rated "av" by Martindale-Hubbell, the oldest and most respected lawyer directory in the U.S. This is their highest rating. At the time of this writing I see that the folks at Martindale are also giving me a rather flattering "visibility ranking" of 21 out of 164 lawyers in Minnetonka. The visibility ranking appears to be some sort of a popularity contest.
The newest lawyer directory I know of where ratings are given is AVVO, where I am given a rating of 6.8 as of the day I am writing this. I'm not quite sure how they figure it or what it means, but I have noticed that my AVVO rating compares quite well with quite a few other lawyers who I know and respect. A few of my clients have also given me five star reviews at Yahoo.
